Together ConneX

A fun, flexible and fulfilling service for people with learning disabilities, autism, additional needs, and their families. We provide support in person and out in the community.

Activities and clubs for children and young people to enjoy while learning to become more independent. We engage with clients with or without additional needs in Harrow, Hillingdon and Brent.

Our CQC-registered home care agency and supported-living service is for people of all ages throughout West London and North West London.

Statutory Advocacy, including all Health Complaints Advocacy, and Children and Young People’s Advocacy in Harrow. We help you understand your rights so that you can make informed choices about your life and speak up about the care and treatment you receive.

Support Community ConneX
